Skipping-Fitness

For fitness for the past couple days we've been doing skipping at 10 till 10:10. We would start of by grabbing the skipping rope and start practicing starting from toe catching now I am training to double whip if thats what it's called.   2. Hello Kobe I like that you said at the top what your video was about instead of just showing the video by itself. Next time you could look at your blog after you post it so you know what size to make you videos and they dont go of the page. I like that you said what time you do it every day at 10:10,
